We primarily ship with USPS United post office or EMS that is the Express service of the post office. and FEdEx on special situations
Depending the order size and Value we decide what to use and what is best for you taking into consideration the weight, transit time, country shipping cost and Speed needed.
Foe Example if you purchase a $15.00 Item it will be shipped with regular first class mail (10-24 days), a complete keratin set ($150) will be shipped using flat rate priority mail (7-14 days). Liter bottle may be shipped EMS Express (5-10 days) To find out the Exact cost you can go to our internet store and start a purchase it will estimate the shipping cost once you enter your address, you don’t have to pay in order to get estimated cost.

Fact: The United post service is a fast service, packages usually gets delayed when it arrives other countries customs and security checks. When we ship you will get an email from us with tracking information and that will be the only email you will get and you can use it before you write to ask us where my package is, eventually all packages arrive. In some countries you will need to go to your local post office to pick it up, possibly the postman left notice on your door or mail box and you did not receive it.
